AFK Artifact Co. provides software, digital files, custom development, and AFK Model Forge services through afkartifact.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, request custom work, create an account, place an order, or upload a file. This may include your name, email address, company, project details, order and fulfillment information, and files submitted for a requested service.
We and our service providers may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from an IP address. We do not receive or store your full PayPal payment credentials.
How we use it
We use information to process and fulfill orders, deliver downloads, provide quotes and support, respond to inquiries, secure and maintain the site, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting obligations, and understand how our public content and products perform.
Advertising and cookies
Selected informational and catalog pages may display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalize, and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites. Product checkout, purchase confirmation, account, admin, contact, custom-project intake, and AFK Model Forge ordering pages are not monetized with AdSense.
You can manage how Google personalizes ads through Google's Ads Settings and learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Browser settings may also let you block or delete cookies. Where required, we will request consent before using advertising cookies.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that operate the site and fulfill your request, including Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage; PayPal for payment processing; Google for analytics, advertising, and search services; email delivery providers; and hosting or infrastructure providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and our agreements with them.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, and legal or tax records. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also opt out of nonessential emails and manage advertising preferences through the controls described above.
Children
Our commercial services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
