Refund Policy

AFK Model Forge is a division of AFK Artifact, and this policy covers its orders.

Digital products

Because products are delivered instantly, refunds are evaluated case by case within 14 days of purchase.

Custom work

Refunds for custom engagements follow the terms of the signed statement of work.

AFK Model Forge orders

If we reject a paid file during printability review, we will issue a full refund. Customer cancellations are eligible for a full refund until production begins. After production begins, custom prints are not refundable unless they arrive damaged, materially defective, or materially different from the approved order.

Report shipping damage or a material defect within seven days of delivery or pickup and include clear photos. Normal layer lines, support contact marks, and reasonable dimensional tolerances are not defects.
