Terms of Use

These terms govern purchases and use of AFK Artifact products and services. Last updated July 18, 2026. These operational terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the business grows.

AFK Model Forge is a division of AFK Artifact. Model Forge purchases and service orders are transactions with AFK Artifact.

Use of products

Software and digital products are licensed for use as described on each product page. Purchase does not transfer AFK Artifact intellectual property unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Custom work

Custom engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

AFK Model Forge customer files

By submitting a file, you represent that you own it or have all permissions needed to reproduce it. You agree not to submit files that infringe copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

We may reject files that are unlawful, unsafe, technically unprintable, or inconsistent with our production policies. We do not manufacture weapons, regulated items, or parts intended to defeat a safety system.

Estimates and production review

Online prices and print times are geometry-based estimates. Every paid job remains subject to orientation, support, material, color, and printability review. Minor layer lines, support marks, and dimensional variation are normal characteristics of FFF printing.

Shipping and local pickup

Online shipping rates currently cover U.S. addresses only, and shipping dates are estimates. Local pickup is available by appointment only. Pickup time and location are arranged after the customer receives a ready-for-pickup notice, and order identification may be required.

Limitation of liability

Products and services are provided without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, AFK Artifact is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
